Bairds Crystal 70-80L is a malt produced in the UK. It is frequently used to give the very particular color and flavor of the famous English bitters and pale ales. It imparts flavors of toffee, caramel, sugar, nuts, candied fruit, molasses and raisins. Bairds Crystal 70-80L will color the wort a nice reddish tint.
