Mistral is a new hop from the crossbreeding program developed by Comptoir Agricole, in Alsace, north-eastern France. The sweet and fruity aromas of the Mistral are subtle and it is by using it during the whirlpool or in raw hopping (dry hop) that it best releases its notes of rose, jasmine, melon and white fruits like grapes and lychee. 

Aromas: Melon, rose, litchi, raisin, jasmine.
