The Hop Research Center Hüll, in Germany, developped Hallertau Blanc and marketed it for the first time in 2012 to respond to microbreweries increasing demand for hops with a distinctive aromatic profile. Its name comes from Sauvignon Blanc vine as Hallertau Blanc shares with it some taste similarities. Like southern hemisphere hops, Hallertau Blanc has strong affinities with belgian beers, wheat beers and brett beers. Its aromas also remind us southern hops'ones. 

Aromas : Fruity, pineapple, redcurrant, white grape, lemongrass, passion fruit.
