Gambrinus, IPA Malt has a light blond color lying between very pale pilsner malt and golden pale ale malt. Developed to complement contemporary West Coast IPAs, this base malt offers a balance of sweetness and body in the presence of juicy hops with aromas of pine and tropical fruit. Gambrinus IPA malt have a delicate profile of bread, toast, cereals as well as a slight nutty taste.
