Le Malt Pâle du Maltraiteur has a herbaceous character intertwined with cereal notes with slightly malty and sweet aromas. Its color is clear and slightly golden and it can be used in almost any style of beer. The high diastatic power of Maltraiteur's pale malt allows a higher ratio of unmalted grains or specialty malts to be used.

This malt is certified Agrinature
