- Shipping is usually within 1-3 business days. Note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.
- In the event of an error in the customer's address on delivery, the transport costs for a second shipment must be paid by the latter if the fault was committed by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to always ensure that their delivery address is complete and accurate.
- Before returning a product, you must contact us by email or complete the form available from the online store. This form will give you an authorization number confirming the exchange or refund of your product. The exchange or refund of the product will be made only when the damaged product is received.
- Exchange or refund is available only in case of error or non-compliance on our part. The customer assumes any error on his part and cannot be refunded or receive a product in exchange in this case.
- To be exchanged or refunded, the product packaging must be intact.
- The customer has a period of 7 days following receipt of his product to report any problem related to his order. Once this period has passed, no exchange or refund will be allocated.
