As Callista, Ariana hop is coming from Germany’s Hop Research Center Hüll, which is also producing Mandarina Bavaria, Hüll Melon and Halltertau Blanc. Ariana has a high alpha acids level, usually ranging between 9.0% and 13.0%, that gives him a great bittering potential while keeping interesting aromatic properties. At the end of the boiling or at dry hop, it reveals blackcurrant, peach, grapefruit and vanilla flavors.
