Callista hop comes from the same German producers than Mandarina Bavaria, Hüll Melon and Hallertau Blanc. It gives to the beer strong fruity flavors of apricot, peach, passion fruit and berries and a slight touch of pine . Callista low alpha acids level makes of it an aromatic hop of choice for end of boiling and dry hop additions.
