Very liked by the brewers to complete hopped beers receipe, Centennial is often compared to a "Super Cascade" as it contains almost double essential oils and alpha acids than its counterpart. However, its grapefruit aroma is less pronounced. 

Aromas : Citrus, grapefruit, lemon, floral.
