Coriander seeds provide a lemony flavor and aroma to beer. This ingredient is very common in Belgian type wheat beers, Witbier. It is recommended to use 14g to 28g of crushed coriander seeds to flavor a 20L brew and to add them, at most, 10 to 15 minutes before the end of boiling.
