A typical fermentation with LalBrew New England™ will produce tropical and fruity esters, notably stone fruits such as peach. Thanks to the synthesis of the enzyme β-glucosidase, LalBrew New England™ can enhance biotransformation and elevate the flavors and aromas of hops. LalBrew New England™ exhibits medium to high attenuation and medium flocculation, making it perfect for East Coast American style beers like NEIPA.
