LalBrew Nottingham™ is an English yeast, selected for its high performance and versatility. It is suitable for a wide variety of styles and fermentation conditions. The traditional styles brewed with this yeast include, among many others, Pale Ales, Ambers, Porters, Stouts, and Barley wines. In addition to these traditional styles, Nottingham allows for the production of Golden Ale, Kölsch, lagers, IPA, and Imperial Stout. LalBrew Nottingham™ is a relatively neutral strain, stress-tolerant, making it a good choice for high-density fermentation conditions, acidic worts, and other challenging fermentation conditions.
