Enzybrew 10 is a high-performance enzymatic cleaning product specially designed to meet the requirements of craft breweries, microbreweries, and home brewers. Formulated with highly active enzymes, it effectively removes stubborn organic deposits, such as residues of proteins, starch, yeasts, and caramelized sugars.
Formulated without phosphorus, ENZYBREW 10 guarantees deep and safe cleaning of all installations. Compatible with Teflon.

Manual application:
Suitable for cleaning after each use.
Recommended dose: 5 to 10 g/l depending on equipment soiling. For equipment in an integrated CIP/NEP (Clean In Place) washing system: use a concentrate of 10g/l.
- Dilute the product in hot water (45-60°C maximum) and mix.
- Soak the equipment to be cleaned for 10 to 30 minutes or scrub it.
- Rinse with hot water when finished.
- Disinfect.
- Rinse with clear water.

- storage: keep in closed packaging between +4°C and +25°C in a dry and well-ventilated place. Keep out of reach of children.
Remarks:
- Avoid prolonged contact with light metals (aluminum, iron, copper).
- The color and odor of the product may change over time due to biodegradable components. These changes do not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.
