A farmhouse fusion: Norwegian Kveik crossed with Belgian saison yeast.

JÖTUNN offers the best of both worlds. Dry but flocculent finish. Huge fermentation temperature range. Excellent option for barrel or cask aged Brett Saisons, as the primary yeast sediments quickly. Also suitable for ciders.
