The Galaxy rapidly became the most renowned australian hop. Despite its high alpha acids level, it is mainly used as an aromatic and at dry hop. There's an high demand for this hop considering its powerful aromas of passion fruit, apricot, lime and citrus. It is a bit like Citra's autralian equivalent.
