Weyermann Pilsner Malt is a German lager-style base malt produced from high quality 2-row spring barley. It imparts a pale straw color to the wort and adds a mild malty flavor with delicate honey notes.

This malt is very versatile and has a high extraction efficiency. It exhibits excellent filtration properties and gives optimal results for any brewing process

Weyermann's Pilsner malt gives the finished beer a light body and mouthfeel, as well as good head retention. This barley malt is particularly well suited for continental or American lagers, non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beers.
