Maltraiteur's Munich 10L malt has a character of bread and roasted nuts. It enhances the aromas as well as the malty flavors while bringing a nice coppery tint to the must. Reddish in colour, the Munich 10L can be used in all styles of beer where malty notes are desired. It is particularly well suited to German beers.
