Mystic hop is grown in the UK and is part of the new generation of hops. It was selected for the quality of its citrus, blackcurrant and passion fruit aromas, as well as its disease resistance and yield. THE Jester, a hop of the same category, is its mother.
Although the bitterness of Mystic is clean, it is considered an aroma hop. Additions at the end of boiling or dryhop allow to maximize its aromas.
Aromas: Blackcurrant, citrus fruits, passion fruit.
