Omega Yeast - Alt Ale (OYL-001) - 150ml
A very vigorous strain of top fermentation originating from Düsseldorf, Germany. This yeast ferments efficiently at low temperatures, producing a clean and neutral profile with very few esters. When the fermentation temperature is increased, it develops slight fruity notes that add complexity to the finished product.
This strain is distinguished by its rapid maturation, allowing beers to be ready for consumption more quickly. The yeast remains in suspension for a long time during fermentation, promoting excellent attenuation and complete fermentation. It also produces very little or no diacetyl, contributing to a neutral and refined flavor profile.
