Le Blé Rouge Malté du Maltraiteur is a pale colored malt with a creamy character and mild flavors of lightly sweetened bread. It excels in Hefeweizen, Witbier styles or for creating any other beer that requires a high proportion of wheat. Its high protein content promotes good foam retention.

This malt is certified Agrinature
