Alpha acids : 13.5 - 16.5%
Beta acids : 4.8 - 6.4%

Typical descriptions don't work very well to describe Enigma's complexity. Without being able to figure out its aromas precisely, terms such as pinot gris, raspberries, redcurrants, tropical fruits and cantaloupe have been selected in order to try to present Enigma to the public. This hop is mainly used at the end of boiling or at dry hop, where its aromatic qualities are brought out the best. It is also an excellent choice to replace New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin
