Developed and marketed in 2015, Idaho 7 owes its name to the American state where it is grown. It is particularly appreciated for its aromatic qualities when used at the end of the boil or in cold hopping (dry hop). It provides powerful notes of tropical fruits, citrus and resin.

Aroma: Tropical fruits, apricot, orange, grapefruit, papaya, pine needle, black tea.
