Cashmere is the result of Cascade and Northern Brewer cross-breeding, but it contains more alpha acids and about twice humulene concentration than its parents.Intricate and intensely fruity, it gives to the beer a taste of lemon, lime, peach and melon. At the end of boiling or at dry hop, it can give to the beer a touch of coconut, lemongrass, candy and herb.
