Use: Bittering

Nugget hop was harvested and released for the first time in 1983. Since then, it have become a staple in the composition of several American beer styles, including IPAs, Stouts and Barleywines. Although it is basically a bittering hop due to its high alpha acids content, many breweries also use it for its aroma and flavor. The composition of its essential oils gives it a woody and resinous character.

Aromas: Herbal, woody, resinous, citrus,
