Barley malt "English Pale Malt" from OIO, produced from quality 2-row malting barley and a prime ingredient for making traditional English beers. The malting process used requires a high level of humidity as well as slow germination in order to guarantee a good uniform transformation of the malt.

Its low protein content and high modification make OIO's "English Pale Malt" well suited to traditional infusion brewing and top fermentation techniques. Typical of English malts, this malt has a high color and provides a smooth malty flavor.
