Maltraiteur Le Tourailleur 90-100 malt is part of a series of malts produced thanks to the know-how of the maltster and his kiln. It is a range of specialty malts specially designed to bring color, aroma, flavor and body to craft beers, but without the striking side of caramel malts. Le Tourailleur 90-100 has a character of bread and toasted sugar while providing smoothness as well as a strong red or amber color depending on the dosage.
