Le Maltraiteur Pale Peated Malt is a peat-smoked malt with an earthy and organic character following a long smoking process. This malt mainly has affinities for Scottish whiskies, but it brings complexity to smoked beers when used in small quantities.

Slightly peated - 1 to 5 ppm (total phenols)

Medium peated - 5 to 15 ppm (total phenols)

Heavily peated - 15 to 50 ppm (total phenols)
