Bairds Chocolate Malt is a richer version of its Pale Chocolate Malt counterpart, which is frequently added to the grind of porters and sweet stouts. Its aroma of dark chocolate and full-bodied coffee is highly appreciated. This is a very potent malt and should be added in small quantities as it will provide roasted malt notes and a dark brown color.
