Triple scale hydrometer
The hydrometer is an essential tool for any brewer. It allows you to measure the density of a liquid (S.G.) precisely before, during and after fermentation. The measurement taken helps brewers determine sugar and alcohol levels. To take a reading, simply let the hydrometer float in a 200ml graduated cylinder filled with the liquid to be sampled. For a reliable reading, the liquid must be at a temperature of 20C.
The triple scale hydrometer is 25 cm (9.8 inches) long.
The reading scale goes from 1,000 to 1,160 (S.G.)
Main characteristics:
Precision measurement: Effortlessly assess the sugar content or specific gravity of liquids.
Three scales: provides readings for Specific Gravity (S.G.), Potential Alcohol Content and Brix.
User-friendly: Designed for easy floating and reading, enhancing your brewing experience.
