Bairds Roasted Barley is a heavily roasted malt made from unmalted malting barley. As its dark color suggests, it brings flavors of full-bodied coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malt while contributing a deep reddish, almost black hue. It is frequently used in Irish stout recipes but can be used in any very dark color style.
